So I dont work for Getronics anymore.

Just quietly I’m happy about that. It was a leave or be pushed sort of scenario, where i really could see the writing on the wall. I knew i guess a couple of weeks into the situation that this work place (The ACCC) wasn’t really for me. There where some really nice people but they were unfortunately outweighed by the cocksmacks that ran the place. The… watershed moment i guess for me was where i got cautioned for coming into work with a hangover. Now i shit you not, i was not affected by the demon drink, nor was i presented badly i was in neat business attire and presented as i normally would be, someone asked my in an elevator how i was doing, i said that i was fine but that i was a bit hungover. This got back to the ICT manager and he directed Getronics to caution me. It was as this point that i saw the writing on the wall. And started looking for work.

I walked out on Thursday last week.

I got offered a job today.

Got to tell you. Its good to be me! And besides who knew i had principles?
